Q: Who do I contact to order ACEA products, or request product information?
Until the integration is complete, all demo requests, service, support, and sales orders for ACEA products will be processed directly through ACEA, same as prior to acquisition. For assistance, please contact your direct service and sales representative, or ACEA headquarters. If you are outside of the U.S., Canada, or the United Kingdom/Ireland, please contact your local distributor, as usual, for ACEA assistance with products and services.
Q: I recently purchased a xCELLIigence Real Time Cell Analysis instrument, or a NovoCyte flow cytometer from ACEA, how will the merger affect me?
ACEA will continue to be your direct contact until the integration is complete. As mentioned above, you can continue to contact the same ACEA sales and support personnel that you did prior to the acquisition.
